From Route 4, Route 80, I-95, Route 46

Take the ramp towards US-9W/FORT LEE/US-9/PALISADES PKWY/US-1/US-46.
Turn LEFT onto FLETCHER AVE.
FLETCHER AVE becomes FLETCHER AVE/US-9W.
FLETCHER AVE/US-9W becomes US-9W.
Take the US-9W N ramp.
Stay straight to go onto US-9W N/LEMOINE AVE.
US-9W N/LEMOINE AVE becomes SYLVAN AVE/US-9W.
SYLVAN AVE/US-9W becomes SYLVAN AVE.
Our office will be on the right, just north of Charlotte.

From Palisades Interstate Parkway
Heading South on the Palisades Parkway (from Rockland County, northern New Jersey, Tappan Zee Bridge).
Take the Palisades Parkway south to Exit #1 (Englewood Cliffs/ Englewood)
Keep right at the fork in the ramp.
Merge on to East Palisade Avenue
Turn left onto US-9W/ Sylvan Avenue
The Cosmetic Skin and Surgery Center will be about 1/3 mile down on the left.

From Fort Lee/ Cliffside Park

Take Palisades Avenue north.
Palisades Avenue becomes Lemoine Avenue (stay left)
Drive through downtown Fort Lee, passing Main Street and the GWB
Lemoine Avenue becomes Sylvan Avenue.
The Cosmetic Skin and Surgery Center will be on the right, just north of Charlotte. (From the bridge, approximately one mile)

From New Jersey Turnpike (Jersey City, Union City)

Merge onto NEW JERSEY TURNPIKE N (Portions toll).
Take the exit- exit number 72- on the left towards US-1 S/FORT LEE/US-9 S/PALISADES PKWY/US-46.
Turn LEFT onto FLETCHER AVE.
FLETCHER AVE becomes FLETCHER AVE/US-9W.
FLETCHER AVE/US-9W becomes US-9W.
Take the US-9W N ramp.
Stay straight to go onto US-9W N/LEMOINE AVE.
US-9W N/LEMOINE AVE becomes US-9W/SYLVAN AVE.
Our office will be on the right, just north of Charlotte

From the George Washington Bridge

Take the upper level of the GWB.
Take the Palisades Parkway exit north (1st exit)
Head north on the Palisades Parkway.
Take Exit 1.
Merge on to East Palisade Avenue
Turn left onto US-9W/ Sylvan Avenue
The Cosmetic Skin and Surgery Center will be on the left. (approximately ¼ mile)

Alternate Directions

Take the upper level of the GWB.
Take the 2nd exit (Fort Lee) to Center Avenue
Make a right on Center Avenue.
Make a right on Bridge Plaza North (1st light)
Make a left on Lemoine Avenue (1st light)- north
Lemoine becomes Sylvan Avenue
Our office will be on the right, just north of Charlotte

From Edgewater/ Weehawken

Take River Road north towards the GWB.
Close to the bridge, River Road becomes Hudson Terrace.
Continue north on Hudson Terrace, entering into Englewood Cliffs.
At Charlotte, make a left. (approximately one mile)
At Sylvan Avenue (9W), turn right.
The Cosmetic Skin & Surgery Center will be the second building on the right.
